Jefferson Andrade

Jefferson Andrade has a strong background in information technology and digital management. Jefferson is currently serving as the Information Technology & Digital Director at Grupo Fleury since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at Banco Fidis S/A from March 2018 to May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Information Technology at Flua - Carro por assinatura from January 2019 to April 2023. Jefferson'sexperience also includes working as an Information Communication Technology Manager at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) from July 2011 to March 2018. Before joining FCA, they worked in various roles at IBM, starting as a Support Systems Manager in September 2006 and later becoming a Service Manager - Governance from February 2009 to July 2011. Prior to IBM, Jefferson was the Manager of Software Factory at Global Value Soluções from January 2001 to September 2006. Jefferson began their career as an Analyst Systems at Fiat Auto from January 1996 to December 2000. Jefferson also worked as a Systems Programmer at Fundação João Pinheiro from January 1996 to December 1996 and as a Systems Programmer at CEMIG from January 1995 to December 1995.

Jefferson Andrade has a diverse education background. In 1993-1996, they attended Centro Universitário Newton Paiva but did not obtain a degree. Later, from 2000-2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In the same period, they also completed an MBA in e-Business from FGV. Moving forward, in 2013-2014, they attended SDA Bocconi and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2017, they received a certification called EFSET - C1 Advanced from EF Education First.
