Mike Bitar's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as a Realtor at Prudential Financial until 2007. Mike then joined Atlas Premier Properties as a Broker Associate from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Mike established Executive Estates, Inc. where they served as the Owner and Manager until 2018. During this time, the company sold over 1200 properties, totaling more than $150,000,000 in residential sales. In 2011, Mike also founded Executive Commercial, where they were the Owner and Broker until 2018. The company managed over 350,000 square feet of industrial space, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and 35,000 square feet of mixed-use flex space, with listings valued at almost $200,000,000. In 2013, Mike opened Executive Property Management, which currently manages nearly 200 units ranging from single-family homes to large apartment complexes. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Vice President of Lions Gate Construction, focusing on new developments. Lastly, in 2015, Mike co-founded and became the CEO of Grupo Flor, a family of cannabis companies, aiming to establish a dominant presence in the California cannabis market.
