Isabella Lima Resende Nazareth

Isabella Lima Resende Nazareth currently works as an intern in the Strategy & Culture department at Grupo GCB. Prior to this, Isabella served as a Project Consultant at Consultoria RH Junior, where Isabella worked on recruitment and selection projects. Isabella also held a position as the Coordinator of People Management, where Isabella was involved in the creation of performance analysis, individual development plans, organizational climate surveys, recruitment processes, and training development. Isabella is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
