Agustin Lara Arriaga

Agustin Lara Arriaga is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Leader of Talent Acquisition at Grupo Gonher since April 2023. In this role, Agustin is responsible for designing the COE (Global Talent Acquisition Guidelines), developing central talent acquisition strategies, and overseeing hiring tracking and processes for various business units. Prior to this, Agustin held the position of Regional Talent Acquisition at Nidec Motor Corporation, where the focus was on regional talent acquisition strategies and employer branding. With extensive experience in recruitment from previous roles at Mattel, CADECO, Sagui Internacional, SUKARNE, Roto Cristales, and Grupo Senda, Agustin has successfully managed large-scale hiring initiatives and recruitment teams, complemented by an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Psychology.
