Jesús Méndez

Jesús Méndez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence, data strategy, and big data engineering. As the AI Lab Manager at Intercorp since July 2019, Jesús oversees the AI laboratory and leads multidisciplinary teams to enhance data usage across the organization. Previously, Jesús served as the AI & Data Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included designing and executing data strategies for various companies within the group. Additional roles include Co-Founder of datapath, an e-learning platform focused on Data & Analytics, and experience as a lecturer at Universidad del Pacífico and CTIC - UNI. Jesús's background also includes positions at Banco de Crédito BCP and everis, where contributions involved data architecture and engineering in various business sectors. Jesús holds multiple advanced degrees in Data Management, Business Analytics, and System Engineering from reputable institutions, along with additional certifications in data engineering.
