Felipe Barbalho

Felipe Barbalho currently serves as the Gerente de Engenharia de Software for Produtos Digitais at Grupo JCPM, leading a team of over 60 collaborators and implementing strategic management practices such as OKR to enhance transparency and engagement. Felipe's expertise includes the adoption of engineering metrics, portfolio management to mitigate risks, and the development of innovative digital products such as a marketplace for shopping centers and a SuperApp for enhanced consumer experiences. Previous experience includes roles as an Agile Coach at Pitang, where Felipe spearheaded organizational transformation projects, and various positions in project analysis and software development at Itaú Unibanco, In Forma Software, and Procenge Tecnologia. Felipe holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and a degree in Xponential Business Administration from Nova School of Business and Economics.
