Jorge Pereda

Jorge Pereda has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Residential Director Iberia at Grupo Lar since October 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Spanish Residential team and overseeing a rental platform with over 1,800 units. Jorge played a pivotal role in establishing the Rental Residential Platform, focusing on business case design, fundraising, and portfolio growth aimed at developing 5,000 multifamily units. Previous positions include Real Estate Investment at Round Hill Capital, where Jorge was involved in residential development and student accommodation asset acquisitions, and Real Estate Associate at Deloitte España, specializing in valuation and transaction advisory services. Jorge holds a variety of degrees, including a recent PDD from IESE Business School and a Business Administration degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
