Jose Manuel Llovet is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the CEO of Commercial Real Estate for Iberia and Managing Director of Retail Logistics & Offices at Grupo Lar since January 2015, Llovet has played a pivotal role in managing and developing real estate investments across multiple countries. Additionally, Llovet holds the position of President at Asociación de Propietarios de Espacios Comerciales (APRESCO) and serves as Vice President of the Asociación Española de Centros y Parques Comerciales (AECC). Previously, Llovet was the Director of Retail Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle España, and prior to that, held key positions at Unibail-Rodamco, SCC Shopping Center Company, G10 Centros Comerciales, Laese de Centros Comerciales, FCC, and Banco Inversion.
