Lucila Moyano

Lucila Moyano is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as IT HRBP at Andreani Grupo Logístico since December 2018, Lucila leads HR initiatives for the Technology Directorate and previously held the position of Senior Employment Analyst, managing comprehensive recruitment processes and coordinating Assessment Center activities. Prior experience includes serving as Employment and Training Manager at BGH S.A., where responsibilities encompassed recruitment across various business units, interview coordination, and training plan development. Additionally, Lucila worked as a Senior Employment Analyst at Grupo OMINT, focusing on recruitment and employer branding, and began their career at Hidalgo & Asociados as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst. Lucila holds a degree from UADE and a certification in Organizational Systemic Coaching from the Centro de Coaching Sistémico.
