Fernando began their career in 1998 at Microsiga S.A. as an Information Infrastructure and Security Analyst, where they excelled in managing various server systems, email systems, and network infrastructure.

From 2006 to 2011, Faustino worked at TOTVS as an Information Infrastructure and Security Coordinator, where they played a crucial role in upgrading the company's network links and decentralizing the email system. Fernando later served as the Datacenter Infrastructure and Information Security Manager, overseeing eight data centers and completing a project to build a data center with a large capacity and advanced cooling systems.

Starting in 2014, Faustino joined Crefisa as the Datacenter and Infrastructure Manager, where they successfully managed three data centers, implemented various projects such as network redundancy and a compliant data center, and oversaw the merger of two other companies into the network environment.

From 2019 to 2020, Faustino worked at Nexa Resources as the IT Global Manager, responsible for IT operations, sustainability, and IT governance across multiple countries. Fernando successfully completed projects involving the standardization and global automation of video conferencing systems and the planning and implementation of ITSM Service now.

Fernando'smost recent experience includes working at Jamef Encomendas Urgentes as the IT Director (CIO) from 2020 to 2022 and at Grupo Petrópolis as the IT Executive Director (CIO) from 2022.
