Dani Nascimento

Dani Nascimento is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as CHRO at RM Farma Oficial since November 2023, Dani has been an autonomous Master Coach since July 2018, focusing on client empowerment, career development, and personal growth. Previously, Dani held the position of Head of Human Resources at Vitreo from January 2020 to January 2021, and managed a large team as Manager of Human Resources at XP INVESTIMENTOS from August 2009 to May 2018, where significant performance improvements were achieved through innovative employee evaluation processes. Dani's earlier experience includes working as an Employer Branding Specialist at Atento from January 2005 to July 2009. Dani's educational background includes degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources from IBMEC and Estácio, as well as a Bachelor’s in Pedagogy from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
