Humberto Pierre

Humberto Pierre is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Currently serving as FP&A Executive Manager and M&A, CVC and Corporate Finance Executive Manager at GRUPO SBF, Humberto has previously held key positions such as M&A Manager and M&A Specialist at Edenred Brasil, as well as Financial Planning and Business Development Coordinator at Ciclic. Earlier in their career, Humberto worked at Cetip agora é B3 as a Pricing Analyst, Investor Relations Analyst, and FP&A Analyst. Humberto holds an MBA in Finanças from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
