Ricardo Medrano Bahena is a seasoned professional in health and safety management with extensive experience in project advisory and infrastructure health planning. Currently serving as a Certified Health and Safety Coordinator at Site Safety Management / EllisDon since April 2024, Ricardo is responsible for site safety inspections, documentation, and health and safety meetings. With a long-standing tenure at Grupo Sifra since September 2009, Ricardo holds roles as both a proyectos advisor and Infrastructure Health Planning Manager, focusing on risk assessment and project viability within health projects.
