Sebastián Figueroa

Sebastián Figueroa is a versatile technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and information security. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Information Security Officer at Softland Sitio Oficial since May 2018, Sebastián has held various senior roles including Software IT Architect and Subgerente I+D. Prior to this, Sebastián managed software engineering teams across Chile, Mexico, and Costa Rica at Signature South Consulting, where responsibilities included overseeing software architecture and mentoring engineers. Additional experience includes positions at Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Development Engineer and teaching roles at Universidad Andrés Bello. Sebastián holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and several diplomas in IT management and strategy from the same institution.
