Carlos Phillips Margain

Mr. Phillips has held several positions in the finance group since he joined Televisa in 2019 and played a key role in the recently announced Televisa-Univision transaction. Previously, Mr. Phillips was an investment banker in New York, with nearly 20 years of experience at firms including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BBVA and Itaú.
