Previously, Luis Elmer worked at Pacific Rubiales Energy from June 2011 to February 2020 as a Supervisor of Production, overseeing production processes and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Luis gained hands-on operational experience as a Production Operator at Manpower Perú and SERTECPET® from 2006 to 2011, where responsibilities included managing production facilities and conducting well testing. An educational background in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Piura, earned from 1997 to 2002, supports Luis's professional expertise in the field.
