Marcelo Ceruso

Marcelo Ceruso is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and customer service sectors, currently serving as the VP de Soluciones al Cliente at TV CABLE since April 2005. Marcelo oversees the installation, maintenance, and customer service for residential and corporate clients, managing customer care for corporate data transmission clients and leading the Contact Center operations. Prior roles include Sales Operation Director at AT&T Latin America and Gerente de Administración de Ventas at Telmex Argentina, along with several guest speaker appearances at industry conferences focusing on customer experience and satisfaction. Marcelo holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
