Jorge Andres Garcia Jimenez

Jorge Andres Garcia Jimenez currently serves as the Customer Experience Chief at Grupo Vanti since April 2023. Previously, Jorge held various management roles at Tigo Colombia from July 2014 to July 2022, including Quality and Improvement Manager, Experience Assurament Director, and Excellence Operative Manager, where responsibilities included developing improvement strategies for operational indicators and ensuring compliance with regulatory service standards. Prior experience includes serving as the National Technological Assistance Services Coordinator at Banco Caja Social from May 2008 to June 2014 and roles at Supertiendas Olímpica from August 2003 to May 2008. Jorge holds an Information Systems Management Specialist degree and a diploma in project management methodology from Universidad del Norte, in addition to a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe.
