Patricia Alvarado

Patricia Alvarado is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Grupo Venemergencia since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master and Project Leader at FirmwareCO from March 2019 to May 2022, where Patricia coordinated project structuring, execution, and the implementation of agile methodologies. Between June 2010 and February 2018, Patricia served as a Planning Consultant and Project Specialist at CANTV, leading project initiation, control, and closure for radio link installations and last-mile equipment. Patricia began a career in customer service at Movistar, where responsibilities included leading the BackOffice department. Patricia holds a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Project Management from Universidad de Oriente, obtained in 2009.
