Lizmarie Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lizmarie started their career at Citi as a Human Resources Assistant, where they provided assistance to HR Generalists and supported various HR functions such as recruitment and record-keeping. After that, Lizmarie worked as an Executive Assistant at Colegio San Antonio for three years. Currently, they hold the position of HRIS Coordinator at Triple-S, where they oversee the implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches, collaborates with development teams for report creation, and leads implementation teams. Lizmarie is highly knowledgeable in HRIS and has project management skills that contribute to the smooth operations of the company.

Lizmarie Gonzalez holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014.
