Paola Zorzan

Paola Zorzan is an experienced Tender Specialist at Gruppo ICM since September 2017, focusing on analyzing tender notices, preparing related documentation, managing proposals for U.S. government contracts, and overseeing client relations with the Commercial Director. Additionally, Paola acts as an ESG Specialist, achieving significant improvements in ESG portal scores through the implementation of relevant policies and creating organizational wellness questionnaires. Since 2007, Paola has owned and operated English@Hand, helping students and professionals enhance their English skills. Prior experience includes serving as a freelance translator at Gengo and as an International Tender Specialist at Gemmo S.p.A., where responsibilities included tender analysis and international client relations. Paola holds a Master's degree in Innovability® Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with a Master’s and Bachelor's in International Commercial Relations.
