Patricia Sterling

Patricia Sterling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and product management. Currently serving as Product Owner at Gryphon.ai since April 2019, Patricia has previously held significant positions including Senior Client Services Account Manager and Client Services Account Manager within the same company. Prior experience at Fluent Technologies from June 2010 to April 2019 includes roles such as Director of Client Service Operations, where Patricia successfully wrote and implemented Processing Integrity criteria for SOC2 certification, and increased the productivity of the Client Services department. Additional roles at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and earlier positions in various capacities across the finance and technology sectors complement Patricia's strong background in managing client relationships and operational efficiency.
