Michael Certa

Michael Certa is an experienced Survey Manager, currently working at GS E&C since May 2023 on the Inland Rail Gowrie to Kagaru project, part of a collaborative joint venture. Formerly associated with CPB Contractors from January 2007 to April 2023, Michael held roles on significant projects such as the Bruce Highway Upgrade, Inland Rail Civil Work Package, and Cross River Rail, among others. Michael's extensive background also includes positions at Hochtief AG, where contributions spanned major infrastructure projects like the Epping to Chatswood Rail Link and the Thames Tunnel for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Michael holds a Diploma in Engineering Surveying from the University of Duisburg-Essen, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
