Shawn Smith is a CRM Systems Analyst and Data Analytics Product Owner at GS1 US since March 2021, with a strong background in CRM systems and project management. As the Founder of Soar2Fly Media Company since June 2012, Shawn oversees strategic planning and marketing for a videography and photography business in the New Jersey Tri-State area. Prior experience at SHI International Corp. from April 2010 to March 2021 includes roles such as Advanced Applications Analyst Project Lead for CRM Dynamics 365 and SR CRM Analyst, where Shawn led various projects and managed user acceptance testing. An educational foundation in Business/Managerial Economics was established with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, completed in 2008.
