Josh Letschert

Josh Letschert is a finance professional currently serving as Senior Fund Finance Manager at GSA - Global Student Accommodation, responsible for the fund control function for property portfolios in Australia, Japan, and Ireland since July 2023. Previously, Josh held the position of Finance Manager, assisting with fund control for PBSA portfolios in the UK and Ireland, while managing functions in Australia.
