David E Torgerson

David E Torgerson, PE, is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at DP Engineering since September 2013, Torgerson previously held a Senior Engineer position at Entergy from April 1990 until retirement in August 2013, contributing significantly as a member of the Engineering Fix It Now (EFIN) team. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of Operations at Educational Methods, Inc., where Torgerson oversaw plant operations, research and development, and managerial activities that resulted in significant cost savings. Additional experience includes a role as a Maintainability/Reliability Engineer with the US Army Missile Command and prior supervisory roles in quality assurance at National Semiconductor.
