Matthew Adams

Matthew Adams has over 15 years of work experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Matthew currently serves as the Vice President of GSE Engineering at GSE Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Hard Services at Sodexo. Before that, Matthew worked at Enercon Services as the Engineering Manager and Director of Operations, where they were responsible for operations, budgeting, safety, and recruitment. Matthew also worked as the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they mentored a team and resolved technical issues. In addition, Matthew served as the Power Plant Upgrades Program Manager at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, overseeing project management, budget administration, and client communication.

Matthew Adams earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have also obtained certifications in Business Ethics from LinkedIn in August 2023 and Facility Management Professional (FMP) from the Capital Chapter of IFMA in May 2020.
