James Clay

James Clay has extensive experience as a Chief Engineer, with their most recent position being at GSH Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Enovity as a Chief Engineer from 2018 to 2023, and at One Market Plaza as a Chief Engineer from 2013 to 2018. James also worked as a Chief Engineer at Millennium Towers from 2010 to 2013, at Basin Street Properties from 2008 to 2010, and at MJM Management Group from 2005 to 2008. Other roles in their career include Chief Engineer at Convention Plaza from 2004 to 2005, Chief Engineer at Yerba Buena Gardens from 2002 to 2004, and Assistant Chief at Shorenstein Realty Services from 1999 to 2002. James started their engineering career at Pan Pacific Hotels Group in 1987.

James Clay attended Rancho Cotate from 1983 to 1986 and obtained a high school diploma. James also obtained a Weekly Fire pump certification from the California State Fire Marshal in December 2012.
