Marc Paton

Marc Paton has extensive work experience in engineering and maintenance roles. Marc started their career as a Stationary Engineer at the University of California Berkeley in 1981 and worked there until 1984. Following that, they joined Hyatt Hotels as a Journeyman Engineer and worked in various roles related to asset protection, HVAC maintenance, fire life safety systems, and more for almost two decades. In 2003, Paton joined Able Engineering Services as a Chief Engineer, where they were responsible for preventive maintenance, building operations, budgets, tenant improvements, and reducing tenant HVAC trouble work orders. Marc worked at Able Engineering Services until 2021, during which they achieved significant energy reduction and reduced natural gas consumption. Currently, Paton is serving as the Chief Engineer at GSH Group, starting in 2022.
