Fernando Guarido

Fernando Guarido serves as the GS Hydro Group Managing Director since December 2010, overseeing management and operations across 12 countries, focusing on product and service delivery, restructuring, business development, and strategy implementation. Previously, Fernando held roles including Regional Manager for Latin America and Managing Director, leading business development and operational establishment in Brazil, as well as expanding GS Hydro's presence in Chile and Peru. In Spain as General Manager for GS Hydro SAU, Fernando successfully restructured the company and developed new business strategies to enhance project and service capabilities. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director and Technical Manager at GS Hydro SAU, and as Integration Manager at NAVANTIA S.A., alongside academic qualifications in Maritime Law and Naval Architecture from renowned Spanish universities.
