Tracie Beckwith has been working in Human Resources for over 15 years. Tracie started their career as an HR Generalist for Parker Hannifin. Tracie then became the Division HR Leader, where they were responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in alignment with business goals. During their time at Parker Hannifin, they achieved year/year improvements of 10% / 6 points in employee engagement and 12% / 7 points in employee empowerment.
In September 2016, they became the Director of Human Resources for Jet Aviation's Western Region. In this role, they were responsible for establishing practices and processes to align leadership and employees in developing a culture that enables improved operational performance. Tracie was also responsible for leading performance management, talent assessment and management plans, compensation and effective employee relations across the territory.
In November 2017, they joined GSMS as the SVP of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company, including employee development and cultural improvements.
