Catherine Ouellet-Dupuis

Catherine Ouellet-Dupuis serves as the Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Workleap, overseeing legal, cybersecurity, and risk management functions. Notably recognized as one of the "Top Women in Law in North America" by Vanguard Law Magazine in 2020, Catherine previously built the legal team at GSoft and served as an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial group at Stikeman Elliott LLP. Additionally, Catherine is a Strategic Advisor at Novisto and has experience as a Guest Lecturer in the MBA program at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management, focusing on small business strategies. As a co-founder of YPs for Startups, Catherine played a significant role in supporting startups for five years. Catherine's educational background includes a BCL/LLB from McGill University and a B.Com in Finance from both McGill and HKUST Business School.
