Charen Koneti

Charen Koneti is a Senior Product Designer at Workleap since June 2022, focusing on cross-product navigation and license/user account management while leading parts of the Orbit design system. Previously, Charen served as a Product Designer at BlackBerry, contributing to digital product development, and at Deloitte, improving customer acquisition and retention in the automobile and lottery industries through collaboration with Product Managers and UX/UI designers. Additional roles include UX Designer for Cineplex, where research improved content discovery, and Product Specialist at Redd Robotics, designing a 3D printing application. Charen holds a Master's in Digital Experience and Innovation from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
