Irene Khondaker

Irene Khondaker is an experienced professional in learning and development with a diverse background in technical training and program management. Currently serving as a Learning Programs Manager at Workleap since April 2022, Irene previously held the role of Technical Training Specialist at Paysafe Group for a brief period in early 2022. Irene's expertise was further demonstrated through multiple positions at Income Access, a Paysafe Company, from May 2019 to January 2022, including Learning and Development Specialist and Learning Design & Delivery Specialist. Prior to that, Irene contributed to RBC from April 2013 to May 2019 in various capacities, such as Lead of Coaching and Training and Subject Matter Expert in Credit Card Fraud Operations. Irene holds a Certificate in Applied Marketing from McGill University, with studies completed in April 2022, and an undergraduate degree from McGill University from 2016 to 2019.
