Manal Malko

Manal Malko possesses extensive experience in customer success, onboarding, and support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Custom Success Manager for Workleap since April 2019, Manal has held multiple positions within Officevibe, including Senior Onboarding Specialist and Onboarding Specialist. Prior to Workleap, Manal worked at Yellow Pages/Pages Jaunes as an SEM Specialist and Media Account Consultant from February 2016 to August 2018. Manal has also contributed to the Centre jeunesse de Montréal - Institut universitaire as an Éducatrice en Réadaptation from April 2014 to June 2017, providing educational and rehabilitation services in an institutional setting. Previous roles include Intervenante de Nuit at L’Aviron Hébergement Communautaire and Agente d’indemnisation at the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). Throughout these roles, Manal has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting individuals in various contexts, utilizing effective educational and communication strategies.
