Michael Noiseux has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael started their career at Sports Experts as a Customer Service Representative in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Michael then joined RONA as a Marketing Manager from April to August 2013 and later became a Manager from September 2013 to September 2014. In 2015, they briefly worked as an Assistant Manager at Cirque du Soleil before returning to RONA as a Manager for a short period in June and August 2015.
In 2015, Michael joined ShareGate as a Sales Specialist, where they focused on creating technological products to place humans at the center of organizations. Michael served in this role until March 2018. Michael then continued their journey at ShareGate, holding positions such as Sales Team Lead from September 2016 to January 2020, Sales Team Manager from January to March 2020, and finally Director of Sales from March 2020 to September 2021.
Simultaneously, in April 2021, Michael joined Pavilion as an Executive Member, where they graduated from the Revenue Growth Architecture School. Pavilion is a private membership for high-growth operators looking to excel in the modern business world.
Most recently, in September 2021, Michael joined Workleap as the Director of Sales, New Business.
Michael Noiseux earned a Bachelor's degree in Relations Industrielles, Sciences Humaines from Université de Montréal, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their DEC in Administration des affaires from Collège Édouard-Montpetit, attending from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications, including CRO School and Storytelling for Influence from Pavilion and IDEO U, respectively. Michael also completed Revenue Growth Architecture School from Pavilion and received certification in Inbound Business Strategy from HubSpot in February 2021.
