Kurt Yuan

Kurt Yuan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management. Kurt is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Portfolio Management at GSR Ventures since April 2021. Before this, they worked at Momo Technology Company Limited as the HRBP Head for the Corporate Development Sector from June 2019 to April 2021 and for the Gaming Sector from November 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at FunPlus as a Senior HRBP and Recruiting Manager from May 2017 to November 2017 and as the Senior Manager of Recruitment from December 2015 to April 2017. Kurt also worked as the Head of Beijing Branch for Executive Search & Selection Business at Talent-Spot Asia Group from January 2015 to November 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at NP Group from May 2012 to January 2015, as an Associate Consultant in Manufacturing & Operations at Hays from May 2011 to April 2012, as a Consultant in Engineering & Manufacturing at Manpower from November 2010 to May 2011, and as a Marketing Specialist of the Macau Area at 马云（中国）投资有限公司 from March 2007 to October 2010.

Kurt Yuan completed a Master of Commerce in Business Management (M. com) with a focus on Marketing from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma of Management (ADM) from the University of the Western Cape in 2005. Their earlier education includes a Diploma of Business in International Trade from RMIT University in 2002.
