Aram Serpekian

Aram Serpekian has a strong background in technology solutions and solution engineering. Aram started their career at Exhortech Business Solutions in 2005 as a Business Solutions Consultant and Developer, where they worked on development and customization for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Aram then joined eSense Software in 2007 as a Java Developer and Senior BPM Consultant, leading a team of developers to create new features and integrations with other systems. In 2009, Aram joined Groundswell as a Technical Architect, before moving on to roles as Director of Solution Engineering and Director of Technology Solutions.

Aram Serpekian completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Jordan between 2001 and 2005. Aram also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019.
