Arthur Yalon

Arthur Yalon has over 30 years of work experience in the field of software development and consulting. Arthur has held various roles in different companies, including Groundswell, Addison Group, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, Talon Professional Services, S&P Global Ratings, and Dreyfus. Their most recent position was as an Application Development Team Lead at Groundswell, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Development Consultant at Addison Group from April 2022 to February 2023. Arthur also served as a Senior Software Engineer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York from May 2019 to December 2021. Their extensive experience includes leading global application teams, acting as a team lead, business analyst, and product owner. Arthur has a strong connection and partnership with the business and has successfully supported various projects and applications throughout their career.
