Eric Schiavo

Eric Schiavo has extensive experience in technical delivery management and consulting roles. Eric is currently the Director of Delivery Excellence at Groundswell, where they previously served as a Technical Delivery Manager. Before joining Groundswell, Eric worked as a Technical Delivery Manager at Groundswell Consulting Group. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at FireTrail. Eric also has experience as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at Appian Corporation. Eric began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate in the Business Process Management practice. Eric's early career includes roles as a BPM Consultant at Anexinet and an Associate Analyst at IKON Office Solutions.

Eric Schiavo attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they received a Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) certification from Scrum.org in 2023, a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification in 2022, an Appian Lead Designer certification from Appian Corporation in February 2022, and an Appian Level 3 certification in January 2020.
