Sara Green

Sara Green has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Program Director at SRA International, responsible for managing a team providing IT support and services. Sara then transitioned to a Staffing Manager role at the same company, where they implemented effective strategies to match open positions with current employees and promote internal talent.

In 2016, Sara joined CSRA Inc as an HR Digital Solutions Director, leading a team through a merger and integration process and implementing a consolidated Workday solution. Sara also served as a PMO Lead for HR Integration & Operations in the same company.

Sara then moved to Booz Allen Hamilton in 2018, where they held multiple roles. As an Enterprise Technology Strategy Lead, they developed and implemented strategies to align technology investments with business priorities. Sara also created a mergers & acquisition framework and improved employee interaction with enterprise technology. Additionally, they served as a People Services Technology Strategy Lead, further leveraging their expertise in aligning technology solutions with HR functions.

Sara's most recent work experience is as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Groundswell, starting in 2022.

Sara Green holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Vanderbilt University, which they completed from 1995 to 1999. Sara also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia in 2005 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Sara has earned several certifications including Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well Being from George Mason University in 2018, Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2016, Scaled Agile Framework Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2014, and they are also a PMP certified by PMI.
