Timothy Kelly

Timothy Kelly, PMP has over 25 years of work experience in various management roles. Timothy began their career at American Management Systems as a Principal, where they worked for a decade. Timothy then joined CACI as a Director, overseeing a division with an annual revenue exceeding $20M and leading teams across multiple global locations. After their time at CACI, Timothy served as the Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Operations and Employee Success at Macedon Technologies, where they contributed to the company's rapid growth and success. Timothy later became the Vice President of Professional Services and Operations at Macedon Technologies. Currently, Timothy holds the position of Vice President of Operational Excellence at Groundswell, where they focus on driving continuous improvements and leading positive transformation initiatives for the company's service experience.

Timothy Kelly, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University from 1990 to 1994. Timothy also holds additional certifications including Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida in 2022, Engineering Ethics from Binghamton University in 2020, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in August 2014, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter, Inc in March 2014.
