Bill Golden

Bill Golden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense, intelligence, and national security sectors. Currently serving as a Senior DoD/IC Subject Matter Expert Recruiter at IntelligenceCareers.com since April 1997, Bill specializes in connecting talent to opportunities within the defense industry. Co-founding GTSC Talent Solutions in June 2022, Bill focuses on strategic talent acquisition challenges. Since 2012, Bill has also worked as a recruiter for various DoD contractors, emphasizing the recruitment of personnel in the DoD and IC domains. Prior roles include significant engineering and analysis positions at DARPA and the U.S. Army, where Bill led senior strategic intelligence efforts. Bill holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Maryland.
