Fletcher Keister

Fletcher Keister is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at GTT, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Fletcher served as the EVP and Chief Transformation Officer at Lumen Technologies from September 2020 to February 2023, where leadership focused on modernizing the company's data, applications, platforms, and infrastructure to enhance value delivery. Prior to this, Fletcher held the title of EVP and Chief Transformation Officer at CenturyLink, overseeing global strategic planning and business process transformation. Fletcher’s career includes various leadership roles at Level 3 Communications, starting as Segment Marketing Manager and ultimately serving as SVP Finance for North America. Fletcher's foundational education includes a BA in Economics from Oregon State University and an MBA in Marketing from Portland State University.
