Brian Haney's work experience includes the following positions:
- Chief Customer Officer at Euna Solutions starting in December 2023.
- Vice President, Customer Success at Deltek from October 2010 to August 2023. Brian was responsible for managing customer success for SaaS/subscription products and on-premise software across the portfolio, representing over $300M in revenue. Brian led a team and handled customer support, training, retention, up-sell, and expansion.
- Senior Vice President, Member Services at INPUT from July 2002 to October 2010. Brian managed the Member Services group, providing proactive support to customers in their marketing and business development efforts. Brian led a team and was responsible for corporate strategy and P&L for renewal, up-sell, and expansion bookings.
- Civil Affairs in the United States Army Reserve from January 1992 to January 2000.
Brian Haney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from American University. Brian also obtained an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Columbia Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
