Samantha Huykman

Samantha Huykman is an experienced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with a background in various analytical and technician roles. Currently serving as a GIS Analyst at Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority since May 2022, Samantha previously held positions as a GIS Analyst at Pipeline Land Services and as a GIS Technician at Howard Energy Partners. Early career experience includes internships at the Pasadena Police Department and Harris County ITC. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spatial Science and Geography from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2015.
