Matthew Todd

Matthew Todd's work experience begins in 2004 when they started working as an Apprentice Wireman at Bombard Electric and later at Acme Electric. At Acme Electric, they worked on various projects, including the Clark County Water Reclamation Facility, Montessori Reservoir & Pumping Station, City of Henderson's Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility, and Steven G. Schorr Elementary School.

In 2007, Todd joined Mojave Electric as an Apprentice Wireman before moving on to Conti Electric, where they worked as a Journeyman Wireman from 2008 to 2010. Matthew then worked at Williams Brother, Inc. as a Foreman for a brief period in 2011.

From 2012 to 2015, Todd had two separate stints at Conti Electric as a Journeyman Wireman. In 2014, they also served as a Journeyman Wireman at Conti Electric for a short period.

In 2009, Todd became the Owner of Southwest Sound and Light, LLC., a role they held until September 2019.

Most recently, in 2022, Todd joined Guarantee Electrical Company as an Assistant Project Manager.

Matthew Todd's education history includes obtaining a Journeyman Wireman degree from the Electrical JATC of Southern Nevada. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in General Studies from Alexander Dawson College Preparatory School.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has acquired various certifications throughout their career. Matthew holds certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid from the Always CPR Training Center and in NFPA 70E - Electrical Hazard Training from Guarantee Electrical Company. Matthew is also certified as a Boomlift Operator, Certified Hoisting & Rigging, and has completed Confined Spaces Training and Fall Protection Training, all through the Electrical JATC of Southern Nevada. Matthew has received Foreman Training through NECA and is certified as a Hilti Qualifier Operator. Matthew has also undergone Union Steward Training from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
