Rich Ledbetter

Rich Ledbetter serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Guarantee Electrical Company since August 2020, previously holding roles as Consultant & Coach at RoundTable Leaders, where the focus was on culture, leadership, and strategy from November 2016 to August 2020. Prior to that, Rich Ledbetter directed the Subsurface Mapping group at CastleGPS and was President of Castle Contracting for over a decade. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Guarantee Electrical Company and as a High School English Teacher at Maplewood-Richmond Heights High School. Rich Ledbetter earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Religion from Texas Christian University.
