Weldon Bibow is an experienced professional in data management and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Director of Data Management at Guaranteed Rate since January 2022. Prior to this role, Weldon was a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Preferred Rate, partnered with APM, from October 2020 to December 2021, and spent over two decades at HSBC in various leadership positions, including Director of Customer Information Management, where Weldon managed a high-performance data provisioning team. Weldon has a strong background in CRM strategies, having led teams to enhance sales performance and deliver targeted marketing campaigns. Weldon holds degrees in Planning and Strategic Management, Business Administration, and English & Portuguese from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
