Tosin Olagunju, IFC, CBAP®️, is an experienced Business System Analyst at First Canadian Financial Group since January 2023 and concurrently serves as a Business Analyst at TD since January 2021. With a long-standing tenure at GTBank starting in November 2010, Tosin has progressed through various roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, and Team Lead for Customer Experience. Key contributions include leading multiple initiatives to enhance customer-facing platforms, facilitating requirement workshops, and producing essential project documentation. Tosin also played a significant role in automating investment advisory processes and improving customer satisfaction, which resulted in a notable increase in the client base.
